The Isotech 975 Greybody is a cost-effective, portable infrared calibrator designed for routine verification and testing of non-contact infrared thermometers. Operating over a temperature range of 50°C to 350°C, it provides a fast and accurate reference source for field and laboratory use.

The calibrator features a 70 mm diameter V-grooved target with emissivity greater than 0.95, offering a larger sensing area than many competitive units. A custom-designed surface sensor positioned just beneath the target provides precise temperature control with stability of ±0.5°C and accuracy of ±2°C. Display resolution is 0.1°C, and the instrument can be programmed in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Each 975 Greybody is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate. Fast response times and excellent portability make this an ideal choice for applications where the high precision of primary blackbody sources is not required. Typical uses include HVAC system maintenance, food safety temperature checks, electrical troubleshooting, and general industrial infrared thermometer spot-checking.
