Quotes and orders
You can request a quote by clicking the "Request a Quote" button in the top navigation bar, or by sending an email to dalianmao222@outlook.com. Please include the manufacturer, part number, and quantity. If you have a specific delivery timeframe or need, mention it – we can often expedite.
No. We supply single components as well as volume orders. Pricing is based on availability and market value at the time of quotation.
Standard quotations are valid for 30 days. For items with limited availability, the quote may specify a shorter period. If your quote expires, contact us – we can often re‑issue at the same terms if the part is still available.
Shipping and delivery
Our main warehouse is located in Xiamen, China. Depending on stock availability, some orders may ship from partner locations in Europe or the US to reduce transit time.
DHL Express and UPS are our standard couriers. For heavy shipments or specific destinations, we may use freight forwarders. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
From our Xiamen warehouse (typical express shipping):
– Asia Pacific: 2–4 working days
– Europe: 3–5 working days
– North America: 4–6 working days
– Other regions: 5–8 working days
These are estimates; customs clearance can occasionally add delay. For shipments from partner locations, delivery times may be shorter.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Warranty and returns
We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. If a failure occurs under normal use within 12 months, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price (our choice). The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
For returns under warranty or change‑of‑mind returns (within 30 days, unused), contact dalianmao222@outlook.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions. Returns without an RMA are not accepted.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we cover return costs. For change‑of‑mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. In warranty cases where the item is found defective, we refund the original shipping and pay return shipping for the replacement.

No. We are an independent supplier based in Xiamen, China. We are not affiliated with Siemens, ABB, Allen‑Bradley, or any other brand. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. This allows us to source from multiple channels and offer both current and discontinued models.
Yes. All used or surplus components are visually inspected and, where possible, functionally tested before shipment. Our 12‑month warranty applies to all items regardless of condition code.
Yes – that's a core part of our business. If a part is no longer available from the manufacturer, we can often locate it through our network of suppliers. Send us the part number and we'll check availability.
