The E+H Proline Prosonic Flow B 200 ultrasonic flow meter features accurate and reliable measurement of wet biogas and digester gas, even under fluctuating process conditions. The flow meter uses a measuring principle unaffected by gas composition. With its unique integrated real-time methane fraction analysis, the Prosonic Flow B 200 enables continuous measurement and monitoring of gas flow as well as gas quality.

The Prosonic Flow B 200 offers full bore design; robust, dual-compartment housing; and diagnostic capability for process transparency. The B 200 also offers a specialized sensor design optimized for low pressure gas. The meter features a separate connection compartment for convenient device wiring. In addition to efficient process control and energy balancing, Heartbeat Technology ensures compliance and process safety at all times. The display features touch control and background lighting, eliminating the need to open the device.

Available in nominal diameters DN 50 to 200 (2 to 8in), the meter measures flow, temperature and methane with accuracy up to ±1.5% of reading or ±0.1% of full scale. Volume flow repeatability is ±0.5% of reading with methane repeatability of ±0.5% of full scale. Medium temperature range is 32 to 176°F (0 to 80°C) with process pressure of 0.7 to 11 bar a. The meter carries ATEX, IECEx, CSA certifications and is rated IP66/67, type 4X.
