The E+H Indumax CLS50D is a digital inductive conductivity sensor with Memosens technology, designed for standard, hazardous, and high-temperature applications. Its robust construction using PEEK or PFA materials provides excellent chemical resistance and long-term durability. The sensor is resistant to soiling and delivers reliable, repeatable performance even in harsh and aggressive media.

The CLS50D covers a wide measuring range from 2 µS/cm to 2000 mS/cm, enabling applications from ultrapure water to highly concentrated acids and bases. An integrated Pt1000 temperature sensor (Class A) ensures accurate temperature compensation. Thanks to Memosens digital technology, the sensor combines maximum process and data integrity with simple operation, resisting corrosion and moisture while enabling predictive maintenance.

Process temperature limits: -20 to 125°C (-4 to 257°F) for PEEK versions; -20 to 110°C (-4 to 230°F) for PFA versions. Process pressure: up to 21 bar (304 psi) for PEEK; up to 17 bar (246 psi) for PFA. The sensor carries multiple hazardous area certifications including ATEX, IECEx, FM, CSA, NEPSI, TIIS, and EAC Ex, and features IP68 / NEMA 6P protection. Typical applications include concentration measurement of acids and bases, quality monitoring of chemical products in tanks and pipes, and phase separation of product/product mixtures.
