Product Description

The ifm efector V Series Vibration Monitor offers permanent monitoring of the overall vibration to DIN ISO 10816. It features simple switch point setting by means of two setting rings, as well as analog current output for vibration velocity. Clearly visible LEDs for indicating switching status and operation.

The monitor provides a measuring range of 0-25 or 0-50mm/s (RMS) with a frequency range of 10 to 1000Hz. It operates on 18-32V DC with current consumption less than 50mA, and features a 4-20mA analog output capable of driving loads up to 500Ω maximum. Ambient temperature range is -13 to 176°F (-25 to 80°C).

Built around a MEMS sensor, the unit includes short circuit protection and overload protection for reliable operation in industrial environments. The simple design with two setting rings allows for easy configuration without complex programming.
