The MadgeTech HiTemp140-M12 is a rugged high-temperature data logger featuring an M12 RTD probe connector, compatible with a wide variety of M12 RTD probe styles. Measurement range is -200°C to 850°C (-328°F to 1562°F) depending on probe, with accuracy of ±0.1°C from -200°C to +265°C and ±0.1% of reading from +265°C to 850°C .

The food-grade stainless steel body operates in environments up to 140°C (284°F), extendable with thermal barrier options. It stores up to 21,504 time-stamped readings in non-volatile memory at rates from 4 readings per second to 1 reading every 24 hours. With the ability to change probes as needed, this device satisfies multiple application needs .

User-replaceable battery, programmable start/stop times, trigger settings, and battery life indicator are standard. The logger features trigger settings with bi-level start and stop triggers, allowing users to specify the number of readings to take after triggering. An IFC400 or IFC406 USB docking station is required and sold separately .
