The E+H EngyCal RS33 calculates mass and energy flow rates for saturated and superheated steam using IAPWS IF97 steam table formulations, ensuring accurate density and enthalpy determination from process variables.

The unit accepts one pulse or analog flow input and two RTD or analog inputs for temperature and pressure, with integrated 24V DC loop power. It provides compensation for differential pressure flow measurement and electronic sensor alignment for high temperature accuracy.

Outputs include one 4-20 mA analog signal and two digital open collector outputs. Communication options include USB and Ethernet, with optional Modbus RTU/TCP or M-Bus for system integration. A backlit LCD with color change on alarm provides local indication, with 3-button operation.

Internal data logging records current values, error messages, off-limit conditions, and parameter changes. A deficit counter ensures transparency during alarms, and an optional tariff counter supports billing applications.

The housing supports field, wall, panel, or DIN rail mounting with IP65 protection. Power options include 100-230V AC or 24V AC/DC. Certifications include CE, CSA GP, MID 004, and OIML R75. Applications include food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries, power plants, and building systems.
