The Isotech Model 786 Low Temperature Rugged Dry Block Calibrator is a military-grade system that streamlines testing units in cold, harsh environments. It has an active internal environmental control system, specifically tailored for calibrating in cold rooms and freezers. Encased in a high-impact resistance shell, its removable lid provides easy access to the interface.

The calibrator operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C (optional -50°C to 250°C) and functions in ambient temperatures as low as -29°C and as high as 50°C. It is IP56 certified for water and dust resistance, with additional testing for impact and altitude protection. Display accuracy is 0.15°C, and units can be displayed in °C, °F, or K.

Advanced configurations include additional reference channel input options, a built-in web server, datalogging, automatic temperature cycling, Ethernet & USB Host Interface, and multi-language selection (English, French, Italian, Spanish). The rugged design ensures reliable performance in demanding environments such as military, marine, and cold storage applications.
