The meter measures AC current to 400A with 40.00A and 400.0A ranges, and AC/DC voltage to 600V. Accuracy for AC current is 2% ±5 digits (45-65Hz) and 2.5% ±5 digits (65-400Hz). DC current measurement is also available to 400A with 2% ±5 digits accuracy. Resistance measurement extends to 40kΩ with continuity detection at ≤30Ω.

Additional measurement capabilities include capacitance from 100μF to 1000μF, frequency from 5.0Hz to 500.0Hz, and contact temperature from -10.0°C to 400.0°C using the included K-type thermocouple. True RMS AC voltage and current ensure accurate readings on non-linear signals such as those from variable frequency drives and electronic loads.

The slim, ergonomic design allows easy access to tight cable compartments, and the large backlit display provides clear readings in all lighting conditions. A Min/Max function records important values during testing. The meter is safety rated CAT IV 300V and CAT III 600V per IEC 61010 standards.
