The DH-Budenberg CPP1200 is a hydraulic comparison test pump designed for generating pressure up to 1,200 bar (17,400 psi) to test, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments through comparative measurements. Its rugged yet compact construction makes it suitable for laboratory, workshop, or on-site use at the measuring point.

The integrated dual-area spindle pump with switching valves enables rapid filling of the test system and smooth pressure generation. The precisely adjustable spindle pump also serves for pressure fine adjustment, providing excellent control throughout the calibration process.

Two test connections are equipped with G½ female loose union fittings that rotate freely, allowing connected instruments to be oriented for optimal viewing. When the test instrument and a sufficiently accurate reference are connected, the same pressure acts on both, enabling accuracy checks and adjustments by comparing measured values at any pressure point.

The pump includes a tool and maintenance kit, BSP or NPT adapter set, and operating instructions. Its proven technology is derived from the CPB3800 deadweight tester platform. The CPP1200 is also available with NPT adapters as standard in some configurations.
