The DH-Budenberg CPP120-X Comparison Pump is designed to deliver pneumatic pressure for the testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments via comparative measurement. It is suitable for use in laboratories, workshops, and on-site at measuring points.

The CPP120-X can reach a maximum pressure of 120 bar. When the device under test and a high-accuracy reference pressure measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, identical pressure is applied to both instruments. By comparing the two measured values at any set pressure point, the accuracy of the test instrument can be verified, and adjustment can be performed as needed.

For precise pressure setting during accurate comparative testing, the pump is equipped with a precision volume adjuster. A port for connecting an external pressure or vacuum source is located on the rear panel. Individual test points can be easily controlled via two integrated fine metering valves for pressure inlet and outlet. The two test ports are fitted with G 1/2 female loose union connections, with corresponding thread adapters available for calibrating instruments with different connection threads.

The CPP120-X is distinguished by its compact dimensions, which remain unchanged during operation as the spindle runs entirely within the pump body. Combined with its exceptionally robust ABS plastic housing and low weight, this compact design makes the CPP120-X perfectly suited for on-site field calibration applications.
