At its core is a highly accurate chilled mirror sensor, recognized as the most reliable dew point sensing technology. This primary measurement method is directly traceable to NIST, providing confidence in compliance reporting. The monitor features a 39°F factory-set alarm, the critical threshold specified by NFPA 99 for medical air dew point.

The DPM-99 incorporates a modified Automatic Balance Cycle (ABC) that allows continuous dew point monitoring with virtually maintenance-free operation. When an alarm condition is detected, the system activates multiple alerts: a Form C relay, an audible alarm exceeding 98db at 2 feet, and a flashing display message, ensuring immediate awareness of potential safety issues.

As a complete turn-key system, the DPM-99 includes the sensor, comprehensive alarms, and flow controller within a rugged aluminum NEMA-12 enclosure.
