The Rosemount 3051CFP Integral Orifice Flow Meter assembly is designed to meet the need for highly accurate small bore flow measurements with minimal installation and maintenance requirements. Available in 1/2, 1, and 1-1/2 inch line sizes, the 3051CFP has multivariable capabilities that allow for real time compensated mass and energy flow.

Additional features include reduced straight pipe requirements to two diameters upstream and downstream from flow disturbances with Conditioning Orifice Plate Technology, and improved accuracy and repeatability in small line sizes with Integral Orifice Plate Technology. The gasket groove and self-centering orifice plate design prevents installation errors.

The 3051CFP minimizes permanent pressure loss and saves energy with annubar technology. Available preassembled to the world's most popular pressure transmitters, it reduces leak points and simplifies installation. Numerous process connections and construction material options are available, including stainless steel or Alloy C276 plate material, with compliance to NACE MR-0175.

The integral thermowell enables compensated mass flow, and wide orifice bore/flow range capability provides application flexibility. With up to ±0.75% flow rate accuracy, the 3051CFP delivers reliable performance for critical small line flow measurement applications.
