The Fluke 3130 pressure calibrator is a portable pneumatic calibration unit, featuring an internal motorized pump for easy, efficient pressure generation. It is purpose-built for calibrating pressure transmitters, transducers, gauges and similar pressure measuring devices. The 3130 integrates all functions required for calibration: pressure generation, fine control, precision pressure measurement, and device under test (DUT) output reading.

The 3130 is equipped with an onboard pressure sensor with a full scale of 2 MPa (300 psi, 20 bar), delivering an accuracy of ±0.025% of reading + 0.01% FS. It can also be used with the Fluke 700P pressure module series to enhance measurement performance across the full pressure range. The internal motorized pump eliminates the labor-intensive operation of manual hand pumps. For large-volume pressure filling applications, the 3130 supports connection to an external gas supply such as compressed plant air, up to 2 MPa (300 psi). Pressure can be precisely fine-tuned via the integrated variable volume control.

The Fluke 3130 provides comprehensive electrical measurement capabilities for closed-loop calibration of pressure transducers and transmitters, including 4 to 20 mA current measurement/generation and 0 to 30 V DC voltage measurement. It also delivers a 24 V DC loop supply to power the device under test.

The 3130 is housed in a rugged, protective case with internal storage for the power supply, test leads, and fittings. It includes a high-capacity rechargeable NiMH battery, delivering up to 50 hours of standby operation, and enough capacity for up to 100 full calibration cycles to 300 psi when using the internal pump. The battery can be recharged directly via the included universal mains adapter.
