The MTL RTK P825 SmartAlarm Annunciator is a complete, cost-effective alarm system designed for monitoring critical process alarms in space-constrained applications. Available in 8, 16, and 24 channel versions housed in DIN standard enclosures, it integrates all necessary components—including audible alarms, relays, and pushbuttons—into a single, compact unit.

All inputs are opto-coupled and comply with stringent European EMC and Low Voltage Directives, greatly reducing the possibility of false alarms. An internally generated 24VDC signal supply simplifies field wiring. Programming of built-in ISA 18-1 1979 (R1992) alarm sequences is accomplished via a front-panel USB mini connector, allowing easy connection to a laptop or PC.

The P825 provides dual horn relays for audible annunciation, with optional signal duplicating relays for remote indication. Multiple power supply options are available, including 85-264VAC/88-300VDC integral supplies or 24VDC nominal versions. An optional RS485 Modbus RTU interface enables integration with control systems.
