The E+H Dosimag Electromagnetic Flowmeter integrates an ultra-compact sensor and transmitter secured in stainless steel housing for the most demanding hygienic batching and dosing applications. Accuracy and repeatability are maximized with the electromagnetic measuring principle, virtually independent of pressure, density, temperature, and viscosity.

The CIP/SIP cleanable design has no moving parts or cross-section constrictions that may cause pressure losses, making it functionally maintenance-free. Hygienic features include FDA-compliant seals, 3.1 material certificate, and 3-A/EHEDG approvals.

The design includes pulse, frequency, and passive switch outputs, and is enabled for digital communication via Modbus RS485. The unit comes in DN 4, 8, 15, and 25 nominal sizes. Hazardous area certifications are available for harsh process environments.

Maximum measurement error is ±0.25% o.r. (1-4 m/s), ±0.5% o.r. ± 1 mm/s, or ±5% o.r. depending on flow rate. Medium temperature range varies by seal material: EPDM or Silicone -20 to 130°C, Viton 0 to 150°C. Ambient temperature range is -40 to 60°C. The meter is ATEX, IECEx, cCSAus, and CE approved, with custody transfer approvals (MID, NTEP).
