Product Description
The MRU SWG 200 is a cost-effective and reliable continuous emission monitor (CEM) system designed for emission and combustion monitoring across various industrial sectors. These include diesel engines, methane/natural gas boilers, landfill gas/bio-gas CHPs, and bagasse/biomass boilers. It is housed in an IP54 aluminum cabinet with anti-corrosive red structural lacquer and monitored fan ventilation for durability in industrial settings.
The SWG 200 utilizes optimized NDIR technology for most gas measurements, providing improved accuracy without zero offset. It can be configured with 4-gas, 6-gas, or 8-gas infrared NDIR measurement modules to monitor gases such as CO, CO2, CH4, CxHy, NO, NO2, NOx, and SO2. Oxygen measurement is handled by a choice of electrochemical or paramagnetic sensors, with additional electrochemical sensors available for H2 and H2S.
Key operational features include automatic zeroing using clean ambient air, automatic calibration for up to four gas cylinders, and a double-stage Peltier gas cooler with two automatic condensate draining pumps. The system uses cold/dry gas sampling with a low sample flow volume of only 1 l/min. For data handling, it includes 4 analog outputs (4-20mA, galvanically isolated), 2 alarm relays, an illuminated 3.5" TFT color display, an RS485 digital interface (Modbus RTU), and data storage on an SD card.
