The Rosemount Model 3400HT pH/ORP Sensor is designed for high temperature applications. Ryton body housed in titanium tube, requiring process connector (ordered separately) for installation. Can be used with ball valve for hot tap applications. Includes hemi glass pH bulb, Teflon reference junction, and Pt100 RTD for temperature compensation.

Wiring configurations: Variopol connector (3400HTVP), 9.5″ lead for sensor head junction box, or 15′ integral cable. PERpH‑X technology prolongs sensor life in difficult hot processes. Enhanced double junction reference with gel‑based outer reference resists pumping action of temperature and pressure. Replaceable Teflon junction with large surface area maintains steady reference signal in dirty or oily applications. Custom refill kit available for preventative maintenance.

Operating temperature: Model 3400HT 5–155°C, Model 3400HTVP up to 145°C. Pressure rating 150 psig.
