The Bently Nevada 3500/62 is a 6-channel monitor for critical machine parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and levels within the 3500 Series Machinery Protection System. It accepts 4-20mA or ±10V inputs, conditions signals, and continuously compares to user-programmable Alert and Danger setpoints to drive alarms when thresholds are exceeded.

I/O module options include ±10Vdc, isolated 4-20mA, and 4-20mA with intrinsically safe zener barriers. The Internal Barrier I/O provides external power to IS transducers. Accuracy is ±0.33% of full scale typical, with 16-bit resolution. The module supports Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) configurations for fault-tolerant operation.

Front panel LEDs indicate OK, TX/RX, and Bypass status. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +65°C (0°C to +65°C with IS barrier). Dimensions: 241.3×24.4×241.8 mm; weight 0.82 kg.
