Product Description

The Time Electronics 1041 is a precision low ohm resistance box designed for general laboratory work including platinum resistance thermometry. Compact and durable, it is housed in a robust metal case with a removable protective rubber cover, making it ideal for both laboratory and field use.

High stability metal film resistors achieve excellent accuracy of up to ±0.1%. A 5-digit thumbwheel switch enables simple and precise setting with clear indication of the resistance value. The 1041 offers small increment steps of 0.01Ω over a range of 0.01Ω to 1kΩ.

A multiple gold contact arrangement ensures low contact resistance and continued operation even if a contact fails. Color-coded digits (white for ohms, yellow for milliohms) make selecting and reading settings easy. Safety terminals are compatible with 4mm shrouded plugs, standard plugs, bare wires, and spade terminals.
