The RAE Systems QRAE 3 is a versatile and rugged one- to four-sensor gas monitor available in both pumped and diffusion versions. It provides continuous exposure monitoring of oxygen (O2), combustibles, and toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and hydrogen cyanide (HCN) for workers and responders in hazardous environments. Two models are available: the standard PGM-2500 and the PGM-2560, specifically configured for Cl2 and NO2.

The QRAE 3 includes a large graphical display with an icon-driven menu and an intuitive, simple-to-operate, two-button user interface. The display can be flipped 180˚ to improve visibility whether clipped to a belt or held in the hand. It features a powerful 5-way alarm (audible, visual, and vibration) to ensure dangerous conditions are clearly communicated. The device has a strong, protective, concussion-proof design with an IP65/67 water- and dust-resistant case.

The QRAE 3 can deliver wireless real-time instrument readings and alarm status 24/7, providing better incident visibility and potentially improving response time. The integrated wireless option allows the device to be used in a closed-loop system (compatible with EchoView host) or with ProRAE Guardian, a real-time wireless safety system. Additional features include a man-down alarm, easy maintenance with field-replaceable sensors and pump, and automated bump testing and calibration with AutoRAE 2.
