Product Description

The Rosemount Model 140 is a retractable contacting conductivity sensor designed for removal from pressurized piping and vessels without shutting down the process. The sensor is supplied complete with mounting hardware including a 1-inch ball valve, with maximum insertion length of 5 inches (127 mm).

Cell constants of 0.2/cm and 1.0/cm cover medium to high conductivity liquids from 0 to 20,000 µS/cm with ±5% FS accuracy. Available in standard (302°F/150°C max) and high temperature (392°F/200°C max) versions. Both use 316 stainless steel electrodes with PEEK insulator and Viton O-rings. Maximum pressure rating is 100 psig. A cast aluminum junction box (NEMA 7D) is mounted on the sensor back for wiring to analyzers. Vacuum rating ensures air leakage less than 0.005 SCFM at 1.6 in Hg. Compatible with Models 1056, 56, 54eC, 1066-C, Xmt-C, 5081-C, and 6081-C transmitters.
