The E+H Proline Promag H 300 electromagnetic flow meter measures volume flow, temperature, conductivity, mass flow, corrected volume flow, and corrected conductivity. It is designed for hygienic applications with highest requirements in the food and beverage and life sciences industries .

The bidirectional measuring principle is independent of pressure, density, temperature, and viscosity. With no moving parts, the meter is maintenance-free and suffers no pressure loss due to cross-section constriction .

The transmitter offers full access to process and diagnostic information via numerous freely combinable I/Os and fieldbuses, including HART, PROFIBUS, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, Modbus RS485, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and OPC-UA. Up to three analog or digital outputs are available .

The meter features a PFA liner and stainless steel sensor housing (3A, EHEDG approved). Wetted materials are CIP and SIP cleanable. Media temperature range is -4 to 302°F. Standard accuracy is ±0.5% o.r. ± 1 mm/s, with optional ±0.2% o.r. ± 2 mm/s. Optional Heartbeat Technology complies with ISO 9001:2008 Section 7.6a requirements for traceable verification (TÜV-attestation) .
