The Danatronics EHC-09 Series includes multiple models offering field-upgradeable capabilities: EHC-09A (entry level), EHC-09 (mid-range with Echo-Echo), EHC-09DL (adds datalogger), and EHC-09DLCW (with live waveform). All models feature a color screen option and IP54-rated high-impact plastic case with rubber keypad.

Measurement range for steel is 0.020–20 inches (1–508mm) using standard probes. Features include freeze mode, hold mode, and an illuminating keypad. The EHC-09 and higher models offer Echo-Echo to ignore coatings, adjustable gain, and vibration/illumination on alarm. The datalogging models store 100,000 thickness readings and up to 3,500 waveforms, with USB cable and XL software included.

Operating temperature range for the gauge is -4°F to 122°F, with surface temperature capability of -5°F to 950°F. The series ships with carrying case, couplant, batteries, transducer, protective pouch, and accessories.
