Product Description
The E+E EE872 CO2 / RH / Temp / Pressure Probe is purpose-built for use in harsh, demanding environments including agriculture, livestock barns, hatchers, incubators, greenhouses, and outdoor installations. The EE872 incorporates E+E's dual wavelength NDIR CO2 sensor, which automatically compensates for ageing effects and features high insensitivity to pollution. The RH sensing element, with E+E's proprietary anti-corrosion coating, performs reliably even in aggressive and corrosive atmospheres.
In addition to CO2 concentration, the EE872 measures relative humidity (RH), ambient temperature, and barometric pressure. The device also calculates and outputs dew point temperature (Td) based on the measured parameters.
The heated version of the EE872 is optimized for high humidity and condensing environments. Its IP65-rated enclosure and replaceable filter deliver excellent protection in polluted atmospheres. When fitted with a dedicated filter cap, the EE872 is also suitable for applications with periodic H2O2 sterilization cycles.
