The Rotronic HygroFlex5A-series represents the latest advancement in measurement transmitters, compatible with a range of digital HygroClip2 probes for humidity and temperature. These probes integrate AirChip3000 technology, which compensates humidity and temperature across 30,000 reference points and maintains a 2,000-point data memory. This ensures superb precision with probe-dependent accuracy of ±0.8% rh and ±0.2 K.

The HF5A series includes 2-wire (HF5A-2), 3/4-wire (HF5A-3), and digital RS485 (HF5A-D) models. An optional backlit graphic display shows measured values with trend indicators. Wall or duct mount versions are available in robust industrial ABS housing. The transmitters feature two freely scalable analog outputs, and digital output options enable network integration via RS485, Ethernet, or wireless connections. An NFC interface allows fast configuration, even without external power.

Typical applications include HVAC systems, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing, printing and paper industry, and meteorology.
