Product Description
The versatile impeller flow meters in the Seametrics SP Series have a nominal pipe size of 3/8 to 1 inch. The SP Series turbine flow meter employs jewel bearings for very low minimum flows. The 6-24 VDC pulse output of the SeaMetrics SP Series turbine flow meter is compatible with many different types of control, including a full range of Seametrics rate displays and controls .
The SPX model has a body made of polypropylene with transparent acrylic covers for visual flow indication. Polypropylene covers are available as an option. The SPT model is available standard with TFE housing, TFE cover, PVDF rotor, ceramic shaft, choice of o-ring material (EPDM or Viton), and optional silicon carbide shaft .
Features include an 18 foot standard cable, standard acrylic top providing sight flow indication, 3/8 to 1in NPT ports machined into body, removable thread-in sensor (12 VDC pulse), and jewel bearings for superior wear and flow range. The Kynar rotor ensures chemical compatibility. Flow range is 0.07 to 40 GPM with ±1% FS accuracy, maximum pressure 150 psi, and maximum temperature 160°F .
