The Extech BT100 battery capacity tester enables quick, on-line testing of battery condition without the need to shut down or disconnect the battery from its system. This non-intrusive approach allows maintenance technicians to assess battery health during normal operation, minimizing downtime and ensuring critical backup systems remain ready.

The BT100 simultaneously measures battery resistance and voltage across four resistance ranges (from 4Ω down to 40mΩ with 10µΩ resolution) and two voltage ranges up to 40V. Accuracy is ±1% for resistance and ±0.1% for voltage, providing reliable data for trend analysis and replacement decisions.

A built-in data logger stores up to 999 test results, which can be downloaded to a PC via the included RS232 interface and Windows-compatible software. The software enables detailed analysis, graphing, and report generation.

Powered by six AAA batteries (7 hours of operation), the BT100 is compact and portable. It is CE approved and backed by a one-year warranty.
