The heater delivers 1 to 27 kW power with process temperatures to 300°C (572°F) and maximum pressure of 2500 psi (172 bar). It can operate in single-tube or dual-tube mode, with dual tubes configurable in series or parallel. When run in parallel, the unit ensures water flow up to 20 GPM .

The compact size is achieved through cast construction, which also extends heater life by keeping elements in contact with aluminum while reducing the footprint required by traditional heat exchangers. Heavy wall 316L seamless process tubing ensures high reliability and high-pressure operation .
