Product Description
The Additel ADT 927 is a hand-operated hydraulic pressure test pump designed for generating pressure from -12.5 psi (-0.85 bar) to 10,000 psi (700 bar). Its patented screw press technology eliminates the need for non-returning check valves commonly found in troublesome hand pumps, resulting in minimal maintenance and extremely low leakage.
Pressure can be generated, increased, and decreased smoothly using the two-stage piston system: a low-pressure piston with 19 ml volume for rapid priming, and a high-pressure piston with 0.9 ml volume for fine adjustment up to maximum pressure. The built-in vernier provides adjustment resolution of 0.015 psi (0.001 bar).
The pump features two hand-tight quick connectors for test and reference gauges, allowing easy connection and disconnection without PTFE tape or wrenches. The 245 ml transparent reservoir can be filled with mineral oil (standard) or deionized water (927W model). A pressure release valve provides controlled venting.
Constructed from stainless steel, aluminum, and corrosion-resistant materials, the ADT 927 weighs only 3.2 kg (7.1 lb) and includes a 250 ml bottle of mineral oil and 20 replacement O-rings. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 50°C.
An optional accessory kit includes a hard carrying case, high-pressure hose kit, and NPT adapter set. The ADT 927 is ideal for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, transducers, and switches in both field and laboratory environments.
