Product Description

The Erbessd Instruments EI-Pulley Ace is a precision laser alignment tool designed specifically for aligning pulleys and sheaves in belt-driven systems. Using advanced ultra-green laser technology (532nm, Class 2), it projects a visible laser line that is significantly easier to see in direct sunlight compared to traditional red lasers.

The laser plane is projected parallel to the faces of drive and driven sheaves. Adjustable targets with retro-reflective film attach to the sheaves, intersecting the laser beam and visually displaying any misalignment. The reflective film causes the laser to glow brightly, enhancing visibility and accuracy even in bright outdoor conditions.

With accuracy of 0.070" at 30 inches and an operating distance of 50 feet, the EI-Pulley Ace enables precise adjustments to eliminate angular and parallel misalignment. The rugged construction carries an IP67 rating, meaning it is fully protected against dust and immersion in water—ideal for harsh industrial environments.
