The Additel Model 928A hydraulic pressure test pump is a hand-operated pressure generating tool, designed to deliver pressure up to 15,000 psi (1,000 bar). It incorporates a dual-piston system, which is optimized for fast filling of large-volume workloads via the hand pump, while enabling smooth, precise pressure increase and decrease via the fine adjustment mechanism.

The 928A test pump is built with an integrated isolation valve, which separates the calibration volume from the check valve in the hand pump circuit. As check valves are a common source of leaks and maintenance requirements, this isolation valve delivers more stable pressure measurements and reduces long-term maintenance needs. Two pre-installed hand-tight quick connectors enable tool-free connection and disconnection, with no need for PTFE tape or wrenches. The Additel 928A is an ideal comparison test pump for calibrating pressure measuring instruments such as test gauges, pressure indicators or transmitters, in both field and laboratory environments.
