The Additel ADT 925 high pressure test pump is a hand-operated hydraulic pressure pump designed to generate pressure from -12.5psi (-0.85bar, 85% vacuum) to 6000psi (400bar). With its patented screw press technology, high pressure can be easily generated, increased and decreased smoothly. Unlike conventional hand pumps that rely on troublesome non-return check valves, the ADT 925 eliminates common leakage issues and requires minimal maintenance. Two hand-tight quick connectors are pre-installed on the pump, enabling tool-free connection and disconnection without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches. The ADT 925 is an ideal comparison test pump for calibrating pressure-measuring instruments such as test gauges, indicators or transducers in both field and laboratory environments.

The pump uses a dual-piston design, with a 1.1 in³ (18 ml) low-pressure piston for fast pre-pressurization and a 0.05 in³ (0.9 ml) high-pressure piston for fine tuning. It is compatible with oil or deionized water as the pressure medium, with mineral oil recommended for optimal performance.
