The Additel ADT 920 and 920HV high pressure test pumps are hand-operated pressure generating tools, designed to produce pressure from 95% vacuum up to 3,000psi (200bar). With an optimized long lever design, the pump can reach 3,000 psi (200 bar) in just 40 seconds. The 920HV high volume model is equipped with an increased displacement pump body for higher fluid delivery capacity. A high-precision screw press is built in for fine pressure adjustment, delivering an adjustment resolution up to 10 Pa (0.1 mbar).

A specially designed shut-off valve ensures maximum pressure stability during the calibration process. A built-in gas-liquid isolator protects the pump internals from moisture and dirt, reducing long-term maintenance requirements. Residual liquid introduced from the device under test will be pushed out and collected during pressure release. Two hand-tight quick connectors are pre-installed on the pump, enabling easy connection and disconnection without the need for PTFE tape or wrenches. The ADT 920 and 920HV are ideal for calibrating high pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and other pressure measuring instruments.
