The Reliability Concepts B.A.T. (Belt Alignment Tool) is a precision laser alignment system designed specifically for belt drives, including V-belts, timing belts, flat belts, and drive chains. Featuring dual crossfire green lasers and three GlowLine targets, it enables users to quickly identify misalignment and detect mechanical defects such as bent pulleys or shafts, soft foot, worn shaft or bore, and loose bearings and fits.

The bright green laser lines (532nm, <5.0mW) provide excellent visibility even in well-lit industrial environments. With accuracy of 0.020" at 8 feet and operating range over 75 feet, the B.A.T. delivers precise alignment data for a wide variety of drive configurations. The beam spreads to 70" at 3 feet and 162" at 8 feet, covering large sheaves and multiple belt widths.

The tool features rugged 6061 flat black anodized aluminum construction with magnetic mounting that securely attaches to pulleys 2 inches and larger. Three fixed GlowLine targets are included for immediate use. With an IP64 rating, the B.A.T. is protected against dust and splashing water.
