The Additel ADT 959A is a benchtop hydraulic ultra-high pressure test pump engineered to generate pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar) for demanding pressure calibration applications. It is ideal for calibrating large pressure gauges, transmitters, transducers, and other pressure measuring instruments in laboratory or industrial settings.

The pump features a dual-piston system: a hand pump for rapidly filling large-volume systems, and a high-pressure fine adjust screw press for smooth, precise pressure increase and decrease. Three hand-tight quick connectors allow easy connection and disconnection of test and reference devices without tools or PTFE tape.

A key innovation is the isolation valve, which separates the calibration volume from the check valve associated with the hand pump. Since check valves are common sources of leaks and maintenance, this design provides more stable measurements and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.

The 420 ml transparent reservoir is filled with diethylhexyl sebacate oil. The pump is constructed with stainless steel ram and adapters, a stainless steel/aluminum/copper body, and multiple seal materials for durability and leak resistance. Standard connections are Autoclave F-250-C (9/16-18 UNF female), with 1/2 BSP and M20×1.5 options available upon request.

Dimensions are 175 × 455 × 380 mm, weight is 13 kg (28.7 lb). Each unit includes a 250 ml bottle of oil, 20 spare O-rings, and an operator's manual. Optional accessories include a carrying case, adapter and fitting kits, and a maintenance kit.
