The Ashcroft C-600H-45 Duratemp is a remote-mounted, gas-actuated thermometer featuring a hermetically sealed case for applications with extreme moisture or dust. Its movementless design contains no gears to wear or misalign, ensuring long-term reliability in high-vibration environments.

Accuracy is ±1% of span with no head or elevation error. The Maxivision dial minimizes parallax reading errors. The 316SS bulb measures 3 inches long by 3/8 inch O.D., connected by 300SS capillary in lengths from 5 to 80 feet. Standard armor is AISI 302 stainless steel spring, originally designed for U.S. Navy Hi-Shock applications. Other armor options include interlock 303 SS and PVC coated.

Multiple bulb styles are available to suit different installation requirements:

• B01: 12" bendable extension with 1/2" NPT union connection (pressure-tight).
• B03: 13" plain bulb with rigid extension, no union. For applications with negligible pressure and velocity (e.g., open tanks).
• B08: Plain bulb with rigid extension and compression fitting along the armored line. Not pressure-tight; thermowell recommended. Suited for insertion requirements exceeding 13-1/2".
• B17: 18" bendable extension with 1/2" NPT union connection (pressure-tight).
• B18: 24" bendable extension with 1/2" NPT union connection (pressure-tight).
