The Additel ADT 916 is a hand-operated pneumatic pressure test pump designed to generate pressure from 95% vacuum to 600 psi (40 bar) for calibrating pressure gauges, transmitters, switches, and other pressure instruments in both field and laboratory environments.

A high-quality screw press enables fine pressure adjustment with resolution up to 10 Pa (0.1 mbar). The specially designed shut-off valve maintains exceptional stability during calibration, while the built-in gas-liquid isolator protects the pump from moisture and dirt, reducing maintenance requirements.

Two hand-tight quick connectors for test and reference gauges allow easy connection and disconnection without PTFE tape or wrenches. Multiple port options are available including 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 1/4 BSP, 1/2 BSP, and M20×1.5 female.

Construction includes stainless steel ram and adapters, with body materials of stainless steel and aluminum. Seals are Buna-N, PTFE, and copper alloy for durability. The pump weighs only 5.9 lb (2.7 kg) and measures 5.5 × 12.4 × 7.8 inches.

Each unit includes 20 spare O-rings; select models include a carrying case. Optional accessories include adapter kits, hose test kits, and maintenance kits. The pump is backed by a 1-year warranty.
