The WIKA CPP30 pneumatic hand pump is a portable, easy-to-operate tool for pressure generation, purpose-built for testing, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments via comparative measurement. It is suitable for use in laboratories, workshops, and on-site at measuring points, with an oil-free design that requires no lubrication and delivers clean, contamination-free pressure output.

When the device under test and a high-accuracy reference measuring instrument are connected to the test pump, actuating the pump applies identical pressure to both instruments. Calibration or adjustment of the test device can be completed by comparing the two measured values at any set pressure point within the pump's operating range.

The pump features a switchable design for both positive pressure and vacuum generation, with an integrated adjustable over-pressure protection valve to prevent overloading, and a precision fine-adjustment valve for ultra-accurate pressure tuning. Its ergonomic handle ensures comfortable, fatigue-free operation during extended calibration work.
