The Druck PV62xG series pressure stations are precision pressure generators designed as part of the Advanced Modular Calibration (AMC) system. Working in conjunction with the DPI620 Genii multifunction calibrator and PM620 pressure modules, they form a uniquely capable, self-contained pressure calibration solution.

Three models are available to cover a wide range of applications:

• PV621G: Pneumatic pressure generator for 95% vacuum to 300 psi (20 bar)
• PV622G: Pneumatic pressure generator for 95% vacuum to 1500 psi (100 bar)
• PV623G: Hydraulic pressure generator for 0 to 15,000 psi (1000 bar), using demineralized water or mineral oil

Each pressure station can operate as a standalone replacement for conventional hand pumps, offering greater efficiency and ease of use while significantly reducing the risk of repetitive strain injuries. They can also be used on the workbench as pressure comparators. When combined with a PM620 pressure module and DPI620 Genii calibrator, the system becomes a fully integrated pressure calibrator.

For applications requiring dual-channel pressure measurement, the MC620G pressure module carrier can be used in place of the PV62xG stations. It accepts up to two PM620 pressure modules and connects directly to the DPI620 Genii, enabling dual-channel measurement that can be re-ranged in seconds. Pressure relief valves are available for overpressure protection on all stations.
