The Leyro LBB 90 is a precision blackbody calibrator designed specifically for real-time verification and calibration of infrared thermal imaging cameras. It provides a stable reference temperature point within the camera's field of view, preventing measurement errors and drift commonly encountered in temperature screening applications.

Operating over a temperature range of 30 to 70°C (86 to 158°F), the LBB 90 delivers exceptional stability of ±0.05°C and accuracy of ±0.3°C. The 57 mm blackbody target with emissivity of 0.96 ±0.02 ensures reliable and repeatable measurements. Resolution is user-selectable between 0.1°C and 0.01°C to suit different application requirements.

The calibrator is engineered for continuous 24/7 operation, making it ideal for elevated body temperature screening in high-traffic environments such as airports, hospitals, factories, train stations, and commercial buildings. It is compatible with all thermal imaging cameras currently available on the market.

Each LBB 90 includes a traceable calibration certificate 3.1, issued using a primary standard RTD probe in direct contact with the blackbody block. The unit operates on standard 100-240 VAC power with maximum consumption of 86 W. Manufactured in Spain, it features a compact desktop/portable design weighing only 4.8 kg.
