The Ametek Crystal GaugeCalHP Pressure Comparator is a self-contained, precision hydraulic pressure comparator, designed for the calibration of pressure gauges, transmitters and devices rated up to 15000 psi / 1000 bar / 100 MPa. It supports filling with user-selected water or light hydraulic oil for flexible field and laboratory operation.

The GaugeCalHP delivers significantly faster calibration than deadweight testers and most automated pressure controllers. Most gauges, transmitters, pressure safety valves, sensors, and switches can be fully calibrated in less than 10 minutes (covering 5 to 10 test points with both increasing and decreasing pressure) via standard operating procedures.

The GaugeCalHP hydraulic comparator can be ordered as part of a complete Pump System, bundled with a Crystal Pressure Indicator. These turnkey pump systems include the most commonly used pressure fittings, seals, and accessories, all packaged in a durable carrying case with a custom foam insert for secure transport and organized storage.
