The Ametek 65-P016 / 65-P017 Hydraulic Pressure Screw Pumps are designed for easy, controlled high-pressure generation for calibration applications. The screw pump features a 4-output manifold, with optional fine adjustment vernier valve, liquid reservoir, and fittings. The pump can be configured for use with either hydraulic oil or water as the pressure medium. Standard thread connections are 1/4 inch BSP, with additional adapters available.

These pumps are ready-to-use pressure system components for Ametek JOFRA DPC-500, APC, CPC, and IPI calibrators. For all JOFRA pressure systems, the pump and pressure indicator are fully independent modular systems. This design means pump replacement does not require the complete system to be sent in for repair, simplifying instrument maintenance. Recalibration can be performed locally using an accurate pressure reference, with no need to return the unit to the manufacturer. If factory calibration is required, only the independent indicator needs to be returned, not the pump.

JOFRA pressure calibrators are available as standard as individual indicators, or as complete turnkey calibration systems delivered in a carrying case. Complete systems include the pump, test hose, fitting set, batteries, test leads, user manual, and a NIST traceable calibration certificate.
