The Additel ADT 997 is a compact, handheld hydraulic pressure pump designed to generate pressures up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) for calibration and process control applications. Its dual-stage pre-pressure piston enables high pressure generation with significantly reduced effort compared to traditional pumps.

The lever-type pressurization system provides rapid stabilization, while the fine adjustment screw allows precise pressure setting with 100 Pa (1 mbar) resolution. Maximum load volume is 100 ml, with 1.5 ml fine adjustment capacity. The pump operates in multiple positions—horizontal, vertical, or tilt-head—adapting to various field environments.

Construction includes stainless steel ram and adapters, with body materials of stainless steel, aluminum, and UPVC. Seals are Buna-N, PTFE, and copper alloy for durability and leak resistance. Three quick-removal filters (150μm at standard port and outlet, 100μm at air intake) protect internal components.

Weighing only 4.19 lb (1.9 kg) and measuring 5 × 15.2 × 6.5 inches, the ADT 997 is highly portable. The kit includes mineral oil (250 ml), 20 O-rings, a flexible hose rated to 720 bar, one ADT100-X-M18M quick connector, and a carrying case. Media compatibility extends to mineral oil, hydraulic oil, deionized water, alcohol, and antifreeze.

The pump is backed by a 1-year warranty and serves as a modern replacement for traditional handheld pressure pumps in calibration laboratories, industrial plants, and field service applications.
