The Additel ADT 919A is a hand-operated pneumatic pressure test pump engineered to generate pressure from 95% vacuum to 2000 psi (140 bar). With its long lever design, it reaches 2000 psi in just 30 seconds—significantly faster than conventional pumps.

A high-quality screw press enables fine pressure adjustment with resolution up to 0.001 psi (10 Pa, 0.1 mbar). The specially designed shut-off valve ensures exceptional stability during calibration, while the built-in gas-liquid isolator protects internal components from moisture and dirt introduced by devices under test. Residual liquid is collected and expelled during pressure release, reducing maintenance requirements.

Two hand-tight quick connectors for test and reference gauges allow easy connection and disconnection without PTFE tape or wrenches. Multiple port options are available including 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 1/4 BSP, 1/2 BSP, and M20×1.5 female.

Constructed with stainless steel ram and adapters, stainless steel/aluminum body, and Buna-N/PTFE/copper alloy seals, the ADT 919A is built for durability. Piston volume is 60 ml (3.7 in³). Dimensions are 178 × 540 × 270 mm, weight is 6.5 kg (14.3 lb).

Each unit includes 20 replacement O-rings; SET models include a protective carrying case. Optional accessories include adapter kits, hose test kits, and a maintenance kit. The pump is backed by a 1-year warranty.

Applications include calibrating high-pressure gauges, transmitters, switches, and other pressure instruments in industrial plants, calibration laboratories, and field service environments.
